Assignment 2 will give you a chance to apply some of the topics being covered to a somewhat real-life scenario. Since I know many of you are in dramatically different financial situations from each other, this assignment uses a scenario where you are married, 23 years old, and you and your spouse have a combined salary of $100,00 per year. There are more details in the attached description of the assignment, but the highlights include developing a plan to save for a down payment on a house, set up an emergency fund, and still pay your monthly bills.
