Study the IEEE standard for requirements documents (IEEE/ANSI 830-1998) before completing this assignment.
This assignment will be an integrated part of your proposal. The assignment has two parts:
A. Requirements Specifications
Clearly state functional, usability, and safety requirements. Requirements must be at higher level of abstraction without mentioning the use of technology (unless technology use is a core requirement). Follow the format given in IEEE 830 standard to complete this part of the assignment. Refer to sample proposals for examples of requirements.
B. System Level Design
Show a block diagram or a system diagram of your project identifying all the key sub systems. Use separate diagrams, if necessary, to show the details of the sub-systems. The diagram should identify all sub-systems and labeled arrows showing information and control flows among the subsystems. Identify the team member responsible for developing the subsystem.
