Topic discussion for opioid use disorder (OUD) and neonatal abstinence syndrome

Topic discussion for opioid use disorder (OUD) and neonatal abstinence syndrome (NAS). Topic discussion should include definitions for both, epidemiology, physiology of how the normal human brain works and how endogenous opioids work, pathophysiology of OUD and NAS, how the opioids work in the brain to create addiction, how NAS works, how to treat OUD and NAS (have specific medication names and duration of treatment), and why/how the treatment works.
