I will be providing all necessary instructions. Please do not worry about the peer review articles as I have already gathered some of them. This is not necessarily a paper, but an outline to a paper that will be based around what is written today, due at a later date. I will also be providing a sample page of what it is supposed to look like/contain.
if it is not clear in the instructions I do need a theory overview, (preferably Hawthorne Effect/Theory: which is described as the modification of behavior by study participants in response to their knowledge that they are being observed or singled out for special treatment. In the simplest terms, the Hawthorne effect is increasing output in response to being watched(( this is also explained in simple terms on the instructions page i provided)), a explanatory research question (very important that it is explanatory question) a hypothesis, independent variable, and a dependent variable. Again, you can leave the articles blank as I can find them on my schools library page (i cannot do this until I have the theory). .
