Requirements
Toshoret needs you to provide them with a thorough report on findings and recommendations for the following areas:
1. Write an executive summary that summaries your findings.
2. Provide a financial analysis of the company, including Viability, Liquidity, Solvency.
3. Complete the WACC table under the Capital Structure section of the Case Study (page 7).
Based on the current proportion of debt what WACC should be used in the Capital Expenditure Budget?
What is the optimal WACC as per the table?
4. Calculate the Net Present Value and IRR for the Campaign Design Division under the Future Cash Flows section of the Case Study (page 8). Follow the instructions included in that section.
5. Calculate the Net Present Value and IRR for the Acquiring BSC Industries option under the Future Cash Flows section of the Case Study (page 8). Follow the instructions included in that section.
6. The board would like to know whether you think the strategy of differentiation and continued investment in the campaign design division is a good strategy for the company? They would like you to support your answer with actual financial information.
7. The board would like to consider a financing option for the acquisition of BSC industries of $63 million. Based on the optimal WACC what would be the best method to fund this acquisition. Provide two potential financing options they could use and why.
