The program seeks to support academically qualified, but economically disadvantaged students by providing a four to five-year academic matriculation, civic education and community service opportunities to secondary school graduates in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. The program will create a strong foundation for a cadre of civic-minded, intellectually able, and professionally skilled university students, well-prepared to become future community and business leaders.
