You are asked to provide guidance to Physicians/Staff members at a hospital on the current legal requirements related to abortion post Roe v. Wade being overturned. Cite the relevant Oklahoma laws and identify two specific situations related to maternal health and pregnancy, outside of performing an elective abortion, that could also be affected by these State Laws. For example, are there any situations or actions one of your Providers could take outside of aborting an unborn fetus that could land your hospital in legal trouble based on one of the abortion laws that were passed in 2022?
