We will explore the relevance of community policing programs and ways that we can bridge the gap between policing and the community. Research and detail one community policing program. It can be from anywhere in the US. Does the program seem to be effective based on outcomes/evaluations? How can the program be improved? Also, consider the ways that law enforcement and the community can repair division. What are three recommendations for bridging the gap between law enforcement and the community? Why do you think that these recommendations should be implemented?
