The second assignment will focus on using an implementation determinants framework (e.g., CFIR, TICD, TDF) of your choice to systematically analyze and describe the anticipated barriers and facilitators to your implementation effort in your setting of choice. This paper should:
Remind me about the significance of your innovation & the setting for your implementation effort. Restate your innovation & implementation setting & remind me what problem you want to solve, where, and why your chosen innovation is important for solving that problem. Be sure to incorporate feedback from Assignment #1, as applicable.
Provide an overview of your chosen determinants framework. Why was the framework developed? What are the key domains or distinguishing features? Why did you select it/why is it appropriate for your implementation effort? What other frameworks did you consider?
Describe the anticipated barriers & facilitators to your implementation effort. Using your chosen framework to organize, discuss the barriers and facilitators that you anticipate impacting your implementation effort in your chosen setting. Barriers & facilitators must be supported by a review of the literature, supplemented as appropriate by your own knowledge or expertise of the setting. Include a table systematically summarizing these barriers and facilitators, mapped onto your chosen framework. This section should be the bulk of your paper.
Identify your prioritized barriers. Finally, among the host of barriers identified, you should identify the top 3-5 barriers that you think will be most important to address with your implementation effort. Be sure to discuss why these barriers are likely to be most important for your implementation effort to address.
We doing assignment 2. Please refer to assignments 1 and 2. Both see her feedback; I incorporate feedback from 1 and change county for assignment 2.. Also, I did so badly that I need to make it short. I used CFIR for this model.
