Children’s Group Social Worker
You are the social worker responsible for facilitating the parents’ group that runs at the same time as the children’s bereavement group. Previously, these two groups had very low attendance, and you noticed many parents talked about the inconvenient time of the groups. As an initiator, you brought this to the attention of the director of clinical services. The time of these groups changed 1 year ago, and they now have more attendance than ever. Without your initiative, these programs would have been discontinued.
