Identify the specific case study they chose and describe the six-step process used to analyze the healthcare environment.
Provide an explanation of how each step would be employed in light of the problem faced by the healthcare organization.
Select and describe the strategic thinking framework (exhibit 2-10, p.68) that would work best for handling the issue faced by the healthcare organization.
