Task explanation: For this week, your assignment will be to take on the life of someone who is disadvantaged. This PowerPoint will have you pick the life of a man or woman (sorry, they go by binary) and from there you will make decisions that will impact your life and that of your family. Just like the PlaySpent game, this experience will be very real, but it will take you into a global context.
Assignment: Upon engaging in the scenario of your selection, submit a brief paragraph examining how global context, migratory status, gender, culture, and poverty may impact your familial experience. Feel free to add anything else you might find relevant or that may connect to your major, personal experience, book, etc.
