For any topic (related to leadership) in which you’re interested, develop a problem statement. This section should include a concise statement of the problem and one or two scholarly articles that document the problem. The problem statement should include “what, why, and for whom”.
Purpose of the Study:
Briefly describe the purpose of the proposed study. The purpose should be logically connected to the problem.
Research Questions:
Develop research questions that will address the stated problem and help you satisfy the purpose of the study.
Methodology:
Select a methodology and methods appropriate for your research questions.
Proposed Framework(s):
This section should include a discussion of your prosed theoretical framework and interpretive paradigm. Your discussion should include a rationale for how your chosen frameworks are methodologically relevant to the study proposed.
