In the Ayers’s and Alexander Tanner’s text, Bill poses the question that I would like to ask you: “What would an environment built around a desire to know and to be look like?” Share your vision for creating a positive learning environment. What would your classroom look like? What kinds of things would you establish in terms of creating a community of caring learners? How would you organize your classroom? How would you instill learner responsibility and maximize your time for optimal learning?
