User requests the number of laps for each race
App terminates when user requests 0 laps
Generate a random speed for each lap, for each racer
Make the random lap speed between 50mph and 80mph
Display the both racers’ speeds for each lap
The highest average speed wins the race
Display how many races each racer has won
