School counselors play a key role in the development and needs of all students; thus, collaboration with other educators and support staff is critical to the role of the school counselor to make data-informed decisions.
Read the “Mountain Eagle Elementary School” case study located in the Topic 4 Resources. After reviewing the case study, gather information, compile data, and utilize research to complete the “Annual Student Outcome Goal Plan” (ATTACHED) template located in the Topic 4 Resources.
Address each of the following prompts as outlined in the template:
Identify outcome data
Set a SMART goal for the targeted group
Supplemental data

Learning objectives
Pre/Post assessment
Strategies/Interventions
Part 2: Deliver Activity C (ALL TEMPLATES WILL BE ATTACHED)
The “Deliver” component of the ASCA National Model defines the methods for delivering developmentally appropriate services both directly and indirectly for students. Through the delivery of services, school counselors maximize systematic program delivery and its effect on student learning.
For this assignment, watch the “Deliver” webinar and review the related handout located in the topic resources. Then, visit the RAMP Portal, and access the following ASCA template:

Please review the following School Counseling Lesson Plan assignment instructions prior to completing the “ASCA Lesson Plan” template. Only hypothetical data is used for completing assignments in SCN-505 and not actual collected data that would be used and analyzed.
Part 3: ASCA Lesson Plan Delivery
The school counseling core curriculum consists of specific lessons intended to help students achieve the desired competencies and to provide all students with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes appropriate for their developmental level.
Based on your lesson plan template from your experiential learning for this week, create an 8-10-slide digital presentation designed to deliver your differentiated lesson and engage your targeted audience. Plan accordingly when completing your lesson plan, as it informs your presentation. This portion of the assignment transitions your lesson plan into action. Use age-appropriate graphics and language to develop your lesson/presentation for use with P-12 students. Ultimately, your lesson plan and presentation will serve as a resource for future delivery of a core curriculum lesson.
