Charting the Life Course provides a framework for helping individuals to plan for the future and organize their supports. I use tools from Charting the Life Course in my clinical practice often to set goals, imagine a client’s “best life”, and organize the supports and information needed to help them meet their goals. We will be exploring how to use some of these tools. I find them helpful to use with all of my clients whether they are neurodivergent or not.
