Prepare a 500–600-word case-written report to answer the following questions.
1) A description of the issue(s) faced.
2) A determination of the core scenario of the case, i.e., is this a decision, an evaluation, or a problem diagnosis?
3) A summary of the recommended decision.
4) A presentation of the key case facts that were used to form the recommendation.
5) A presentation of the rationale for the stated recommendation.
Additionally, include the following answers in your written summary.
6) Has your recommendation changed after further analysis was completed or feedback from classmates was received and considered? If so, explain any deviations from your original responses and indicate why your position changed. (It is perfectly acceptable to change your mind based on peer reviews or additional research – that is how we learn!)
7) How do the chapters in the guidebook (and other readings, if applicable) factor into this case?
Reports should be in .doc or .docx format. Supporting documentation should be included with your report and can be in any format, such as Excel.
