This assignment affords students an opportunity to apply some of the terms and topics explored in the text to real examples of group processes. Please write a paper utilizing official terminology found from the text and other sources as desired. Please use the following group examples to explore the questions below. The questions should be answered for BOTH videos. Each video analysis should be at least 3-5 pages long for a total length of 6 or more pages. Please use this as an opportunity to show what you have learned during this course.

Assess the groups’ diversity and inclusion
Discuss your overall opinion of the group. Effectiveness. Room for Improvement. Etc.
Compare and contrast the portrayed group with your group members. How did your group handle conflict about the role plays? How did you showcase leadership skills?, etc.

Attached is a copy of my original paper but my professor left a comment that said “In reviewing your submission for your final, I wanted to provide you with an opportunity to revise your paper. The prompts provided were answered incorrectly. Please utilize only the clips provided to aid your paper. Ralph is not the group facilitator and the conflict is not about the movie, but what occurs in the group. Patch is a resident in a psychiatric facility and is a member of the group. He is not the facilitator. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.”
