This week, as part of your development of an agile project plan, you will combine all relevant assignment deliverables from Weeks 5-7 to create an effective presentation to make a case for agile process management to the C-Suite of the case study organization using Kaltura Capture, the NCUOne built-in recording feature. (A tutorial is provided for this feature within the Week 8 Weekly Resources area, located in the top navigation bar.)
Be sure your presentation addresses the following:
Describe your experience and findings from the use of Scrum as an agile process test.
Identify and explain the agile process management used and related benefits.
Describe the test case implementation and lessons learned.
Explain how performance outcomes were measured.
Describe the team process and improvements that should be made in future sprints and agile process management.
Make a recommendation to the C-Suite for the future implementation of an agile process framework organization-wide.
Length: 12-15 slides with notes (100-150 words per slide).
