Using the Problem-Solving Application Case from Chapter 7 (p. 292) entitled “OPIODS, PAIN RELIEF, GRIEF, AND PURDUE”, what concepts and/or tools discussed in this chapter are most relevant for solving the key problems in this case study? Using your own experience and knowledge, what recommendations would you make in order to solve this problem? The external environment of an organization comprises of all the entities that exist outside its boundary but have significant influence on its growth and survival. An organization has little or no control over its environment but needs to constantly monitor and adapt to these external changes. Share a recent example from business news not already shared by a classmate about an external organizational challenge, how the company addressed it (internal factors), what you would do differently, and why. Be specific in your examples and provide supporting scholarly research to support your thoughts and ideas.
