ou are a member of the quantity surveying team in the GreenBelt Construction Company (GBCC). GBCC has been appointed to prepare an Estimation Report for a house in a new residential estate for the client. The timelines are as follows:

3 Pitch Presentation (20%) Session 11
INSTRUCTIONS
In your Team of 4, you will be required to take-off quantities and estimating the costs of the sub- structure and super- structure elements of the residential house.
Estimation Reports
You are required to prepare two estimation reports:
SUBSTRUCTURE : Excavation & back fill works, concrete work (including reinforcement) and form work
SUPERSTRUCTURE: Block wall, openings (windows & doors), concrete columns, perimeter beams and ground floor slab (including reinforcement)
Your Estimation Report should be planned separately for trades and their sum to produce the total cost of the project.
For this, refer to the set of architectural and engineering drawings, along with the specifications provided.
Each Estimation Report must be organised in following way:
1. Brief introduction
2. Assumptions made
3. Brief methodology
4. Break-down of trades for your quantity take-off
5. Present take-offs separately for each trade
6. Complete the measurement with desсrіptions in accordance with the ASMM6 on QS papers
7. Develop an Estimation Report utilising the quantities previously obtained and other required details such as labour rates, material prices
