Each student will write a reflective paper describing his or her own personal leadership philosophy and how that manifests itself in the student’s life and work. Students should compare and contrast alternative models of leadership and explain what they have chosen to incorporate in their personal approach and why. The reflection paper should be between 750-1,250 words.
