When many laypeople think of mental health disorders, they tend to think of the most severe cases. As a nurse you need to be aware of the spectrum of mental disorders and the treatments available to your clients.
Tasks
Create a spectrum of ten (10) mental health disorders from least to most severe, including signs/symptoms, treatments, and your role as the nurse in client care.
You may use any format you wish in sharing your spectrum, whether it’s a table, PowerPoint slide, Word document, etc.
