so basically my thesis/project/dissertation is about degrading dna using a tapestation and to see the efficiency of the tapestation. this whole topic is under the subject forensiscs2 we are using salmon sperm dna and treating under different conditions such as leave it in a 37 degree incubator for a couple of hours and days using a different tubes for each. also we pippeted the dna up and down different times for example 50 times 100 times then 300 times. we put it in a 50 degree drying oven as well as the whole point of the project is to break the dna. we used to tapestation software which then picked analysed how much the dna has broken. can you please write an introduction on the dna degradation and the tapestation using the amount words i put on their. please used around 120 references from scientific journals. please dont use anything else. use diagrams and results and table that have recently been found in a paper so basically how this suject is up to date but everything is the introduction. please do not ask if anything is missing or as is there anything that you should add because if your qualified to do this work then you should know what to add. you are only doing the introduction. thats it. please do not plagarise. i repeat if this work is not up to standard and i mean this that i am not paying. i do not want to go through what i did with the last writer. please do not waste my time and especially your own time. your only writing the introduction. do not plagarise and mainly do not make up references
