Describe your interest in social work Please discuss any volunteer or paid experiences in human services community work, and/or other experiences that contributed to your decision to pursue social work as a profession.

Please include any populations you perceive will pose challenges for you as an emerging social worker. Specifically address diversity values defined in terms of race, age, gender, sexual orientation, religion, socio-economic status. Please include meaningful experiences in groups, communities and organizations such as issues of classism, sexism, homophobia, racism, poverty and other forms of oppression.
