Executive Summary (1 or 2 paragraphs)
Answer the following questions with a strong argument by listing facts in the case that support your thesis, and/or the concepts covered in the class.
1. Evaluate the implementation of the Denver International Baggage Handling System. What do you believe were the Top 3 factors that contributed to the Projects failure and cite facts in the Case to support your assertions?
2. Who do you feel is most at fault (Pena, Webb, DiFonso, others) and why?
3. Name at least 5 stakeholders or stakeholder groups who were involved with the DIA/ BAE implementation and rank them by the impact of importance and interest in the project?
4. Did BAE have the project management expertise or experience to build the Baggage Handling System? Support your decision with facts mentioned in the case.
5. What type of power did Webb demonstrate over BAE? And how did he use it?Go back to your reading material for an explanation of personal power types.
6. What Power did DiFonso have? What power did he use? What could he have done to get more power?
7. Was DiFonso, as the Project Manager, able to effectively manage “up, down, and across”? Cite example that support your answer.
