What was the unique purpose of the project?
Was the project temporary, and did it have a definite beginning and end? Describe the timeframe of the project.
Describe how the project details became more apparent as time went on (what we call project elaboration).
Describe the resources you used to complete the project.
Describe the primary customers and/or sponsor of the project.
Part 2:
Every project is constrained by the “triple constraint” of scope, cost, and time. A critical fourth constraint is the quality of work and project outcomes. Referring to the project you analyzed in Part 1 of this assignment, please describe how effectively you could balance these constraints and what, if anything, you would do differently when confronted with a similar situation.
