Identify his claim or purpose. specifically state that claim in your topic sentence or clincher sentence. Analyze the types of parlors structure he uses. determine the rhetorical effect each type of parallel structure, achieves. you will now construct a rhetorical analysis of the Annan speech. In a well-rounded paragraph (or two), please analyze the rhetorical strategies Annan uses to convince the people of Iraq to participate in voting.In your paragraph, you must have a topic sentence that outlines at least one rhetorical strategy.
• You must have textual evidence–use ellipses to break up longer quotes!
