So, in this assignment I am the Union team and I need to make a response to the management teams 1st offer. In this response we need to negotiate and advocate on behalf of employees, especially on 3 key points which are : 1.The inclusion of a ’managing change’ or ’consultation’ clause 2. Pay (wage and salary) increases. 3. Superannuation Guarantee contributions.
We need to negotiate for the best conditions on these 3 clauses for employees. Using the Enterprise Agreements and Workplace Agreements that I have uploaded, use them as guidelines/research to negotiate the best deal for employees.
