Task 1: You are the Head of Customer Relations at Rose-Water National Airways. Your department has received multiple complaints about how customers are being treated on flights. Customer complaints include poor quality food, cold coffee, no tea, broken safety belts and rude Air Stewards.
1. Have a meeting to discuss these problems.
2. Create/establish two potential solutions to each of these problems (8 potential solutions in
total)
3. Discuss each solution, who you would need to contact to implement the solution and
include a timeline for this person to begin implementing your changes.
4. Write an agenda for the meeting. (1 agenda for the group)
5. Write an email inviting specific people to attend.
6. Plan who will lead the different parts of the meeting.
7. Make notes on what you want to say/how you will present your suggestion/position DO

8. Screenshare the agenda.
9. Formally start the meeting.
10. One person takes ‘minutes’ (as well as participating).
11. Present and discuss each point on the agenda – each person should have a total talk time
of between 4 – 5 minutes. (Eg if there are three people in the group, total talk time for the group would be between 12 to 15 minutes)
NOTE: Rotate speaking opportunities between participants, just like a real meeting. It should not be one person talking for 4 minutes, then the next person, etc.
12. Decide on action points for the future.
13. Formally close the meeting.
