Risk Assessment and Management with Vulnerable People/Groups.
One of the challenges that social workers face in working with families or vulnerable populations is the problem of violence. For example, in most (over 50%) of the incidents of family violence, women are affected directly by being abused or through being related to the individual/family who are abused. Social work interventions with women in such situations focuses largely on ways to empower women through life skills training, linking them with resources and networking with relevant resources and proving them with information and knowledge. Follow the above instructions and integrate theory (use at least Four Academic references) from literature to show your understanding of the topic in relation to the case study. The following points will be considered when marking your paper.
1. Good writing skills and clear presentation of information.
2. Showing that you used references in the text for example: “Family violence can have a negative effect not only on the individual but also the whole family,” (Veeran, 2017, p22)
3. If you are answering each bullet point, then make sure you write that bullet point and then your answer. Or you can write in an essay form – then you will need to clearly explain as an introduction at the beginning of the essay how you will go about answering the bullet points.
