Interview
Identify the list of questions that were used during the interview. Include this list in the appendix of the paper.
You have an option as to how you share the content of the interviews. If you would like, you can list the question and summarize the responses after each question. If you want to simply summarize the responses using narrative that reflects the questions and responses, that is also acceptable.

Discuss job responsibilities.
Include rewards and challenges of the profession.
What insights did you develop as a result of your interview?
Obtain permission of the persons to be interviewed.
Make sure the person involved is assured of confidentiality. Do not include any names or specific identifying information of patients in your paper.
Prepare your questions ahead of time. However, be flexible and adapt your questions as needed. Include inquiries about challenges and opportunities, strengths and hazards.
Probe for a good understanding of the person’s experience of the life event and developmental stage that they are in. Go beyond factual questions and ask them about their experiences at various stages of their career.
A well-developed paper will go beyond simply listing facts pertaining to the various dimensions. It will include an analysis of how various internal and external factors influenced development and their reaction to their profession.

Provide a concise summary of the profession you were assigned.
