Submit your questionnaire or interview form, or both on this assignment.
This assignment, your peers will evaluate your questionnaire or interview form or both if you have mixed methods.
You still need to test your questionnaire or interview form and conduct a pilot study.
During this time you must also conduct a pilot study with at least 5 other people that is not in the tourism or hospitality sector.
Write a report of 2 pages indicating the response you received from those 5 people as well as changes that was made.

It must be approved by your supervisor. (approved)
You should have completed the peer review task, and 2 of your peers must have given you feedback. (feedback received was everything looks great)
You should have pre-tested your instruments with at least 5 other individuals. (not done yet)
You should have made changes based on the feedback you received. (not done yet)

Questionnaire or Interview form / or both if you have a mixed method.
Hard copy: Word format version of your research intrument.
Online survey: WORD format of your questionnaire as well as the link.
