Organizational Systems Theories

Identify two organizational systems theories and how the theory may influence or drive the operations of a particular organization.
Define Systems Thinking based on the literature and apply it to one area of your daily work environment.
TIPS:
1) Be sure to identify the theory and then describe how it may influence operations. “Operations” could be the organization as a whole, or a service line (i.e., Cardiovascular Services).
2) Be creative and innovative as you think about this topic.
