For this essay I would like to talk about my manger from Foot Locker his name is Josh Mason. All you have to do is talk about the different leadership styles and approaches he used during his days if work. Josh was a cool,laid back type of guy. He never yelled he was always motivating and uplifting others. He also was a great listener. The leadership style he used was coaching/supportive and achievement oriented. He also used a people oriented behavior. I responded well to all of these styles and approaches as i hate when someone yells at me. Below I have attached a copy of the rubric for the paper.
