Hello Professor,
I’m reaching out regarding the Personal Theory of Leadership assignment. You may have spoken about this in the meeting recently, but I was experiencing some issues with Zoom, I believe I may had missed what you said. In the instructions it states “you will submit your original personal theory of leadership and then your updated new personal theory of leadership (4 – 8 pages) as a single document.” For the original personal theory of leadership, is this from the course, Foundations of Leadership, or will we produce our own theory? Thank you for your help.

You are to to an “update” of your Personal Theory of Leadership. So the question is what has changed and how has your thinking evolved.
