Presentation and layout are important and are assessed – this is not an essay, rather is
a report. The report should be in a form and format that would be acceptable in the
business context. Therefore, students are to make use of the recommended table of
contents as well as visuals/images, additional sub-headings, tables, bullet points –
aspects which will improve the readability and reduce the wordiness of the submission
