You will be required to create a data collection tool (e.g., pre-/post- survey or interview questions, etc.) and an intervention (e.g., Power Point, Lesson Plan, etc.) for your study. These elements will be part of the content for the IRB application in Weeks 6 & 7.
The assignment has two new parts:
1. Create the intervention to be used in your study. Depending on the study and design, you will be using a Power Point, Lesson Plan, etc. that may or may not affect a change. You mist include the intervention as it will appear.
2. Draft ten quality pre-test/survey questions for participants to answer (these can be questions in a Likert-scale format, Survey Monkey format questions, interview/focus group questions, etc. depending on your chosen methodology) and approximately five post-survey questions (which when compared to your pre-survey after the intervention would answer your research question).
The document should be set up in APA format (with a cover page, one paragraph P/S, your RQ, your data gathering tool (e.g., survey/interview questions) and your intervention exactly as the participant will see them. Include three more references added to your reference page up to this point.
