a.
An introduction that includes the
purpose of the paper, the description of the medical problem, and the
intended flow of the paper.
b.
Summarize the article detailing the
recommended nursing care for the topic/problem and rationale. Independent,
dependent, and collaborative interventions should be included.
c.
Summary statement which includes a
brief summary of the paper, and recommendation for best nursing practice
based on the literature reviewed. No new information can be presented in the
summary statement.
d.
The paper should be typed, free of
spelling and grammatical errors and the body of the paper should be a
minimum of three pages (excluding title, abstract, and reference page) and no
longer than five pages in length.
The paper should adhere to the American Psychology Association 7th
edition format
