For this assignment, I usually want you to physically venture outside of the classroom, such as to a local recreation center (including our Dugan) or public gathering place. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I will not require you to go outside (if you do not want to) and, thus, I want you to either rely on your PREVIOUS experiences or visit a place of your choice.

Please answer the following questions:
1. Where did you go? Tell me what location(s) you picked, what was your designation (licensee or invitee) for each of the locations and why that is the case.
2. The Good: The location(s)/area(s) you pick should illustrate compliance with premise liability law based on your designation (e.g. were there warning signs? Did you see employees looking for dangerous conditions)? Please tell me why this location complied with premise liability law.
3. The Bad: Were there any area that was not in compliance with premise liability law based on your designation (e.g. was there a dangerous condition that nobody warned you of?). Please tell me why this location violated premise liability law.
4. The Ugly: please tell me an area of the facility that did not make sense to you and could possibly lead to liability if not addressed. Was something out of place? Did someone say something that could possibly lead to liability? Please elaborate.
