Student will identify the one failure in the O’Hara textbook they perceive as the primary failure of most police administrations. Students will collect data to support their selection. Students will fully discuss their selection and provide data and examples to support their selection. Students will address why they view their selection as the primary issue for police administrations. Students should note how leadership (or lack of) is inked to their selected failure. Students will discuss how the selected failure might be prevented. The Final Examination will be an evaluation of the student’s ability to correlate and discuss in a critical manner the issues identified in the readings to a real life example. The paper will be in APA format with a Title Page, Reference Page, Abstract, Introduction and use of headings and sub-headings. The final paper should use at a minimum 5 references not including the textbook.
