Basically this is a business analysis. We are analysing Canadian Tire as a business and its business structure.
Ive given you everything in terms of background information and what you need for the assignment.
My part is role 2: just describe and discuss the strategic frameworks from the class in terms of Canadian tire business structure. Were looking at it in terms of value creation. How does the business bring value to its customers. Do not use anything from the phase 1 i only included it to give background information for the work I need done. You dont need it but i also added rubric to phase 1. Again focus only on phase 2 rubric.
