you will write a formal legal brief on Air & Liquid Systems Corp. v. DeVries, No. 17-1104 (March 19, 2019). Alternatively, you may submit a case brief on another recent case issued by the United States Supreme Court or state Supreme Court decision dealing with a tort law issue addressed in our reading materials. If you opt to brief a case other than the Air & Liquid Systems Corp. case, please provide me with a copy of the case via messenger before the submission of your case brief.

Your brief should be around two pages long. If you quote the case, you need to put in a citation. If you copy from a website or other source, you need to cite it. You shouldn’t need to do this, however, as I expect your analysis skills are sufficient to give me a brief that makes sense.
