My idea comes from the electric car motor that starts the chain rotation. I assemble the electric car motor and the chain part, and then weld this part to the front base of the wheelchair. At the same time, a bracket that swings from side to side as the chain rotates is added under the welded motor. Finally, install 3-4 grass shears under the bracket.
