Educational Philosophy:
“Educators have a moral obligation to ensure the safety of each child physically, mentally, emotionally, and academically. When you walk into your classroom, you treat each child as you would your own. Educators should always maintain professionalism and practice patience as well as empathy. Educators must understand that teaching is a process of learning from students, colleagues, parents, and other community members. Teaching is a part of learning, and within this process, you must be open to new strategies and ideas. Situations change, and you have to be open and ready to change with it”.
