Assume that Penner filed a lawsuit for breach of contract against Dysnomia because they released a movie based on her script without paying Penner any royalties or mentioning her name in the credits. Penner won her lawsuit against Dysnomia and is now trying to recover her damages. What damages can she recover?
Penner also wants to recover her travel costs she incurred, prior to learning about the movie, for shopping her script around the world to international markets. Can she recover her travel costs?
