In the recent past there have been developments and issues that have arisen in regards to the internet (i.e. taxation,
net neutrality, internet of things, ethical hacking, blockchain, Al, $tc.). Find a news article or reputable source, and
write a response article about the content. This response should be your opinion about how this influences the
Internet or consumers of the internet. Your response should be 1 page long, and provide a detailed, concise brief
synopsis of the news article and your response to said article.
Please provide links and citations to the news articles, but not the entire news article.
Note: this assignment dropbox allows unlimited submissions, and analyzes your submission for plagiarism (this may
result in penalties for plagiarism as outlined in the syllabus). After the due date I will only grade the most recent
submission.
Format:
Single Spaced
Times New Roman or equivalent font (10 or 12 point)
• 1″ Margins
Works cited & correct citations in text using APA or MLA format
o Note: I don’t need a copy of your sources, just the citation for them and a link (if available)
• Any Graphics, Tables & Figures, and citations will not count toward your page count
• Include a title page with at least your name & class
Grading: This assignment is graded first on finding a legitimate issue in relation to the internet from a reputable source
(not Wikipedia or a blog for example, though they can be supporting), and then following the assignment instructions.
