I have submitted the dissertation. The supervisor reviewed 2 chapters and provided comments. I did some changes in the text before submission due to the word number limitation (the whole dissertation is 15000 words +-10%). Also I changed the list of references – many of publications were not able to be found in the internet (not existing) and many were too old. I am attaching your version of dissertation (Final Order), and Chapters 1 and 2 with comments in separate files.
