Measuring Effectiveness: Describe how you would measure the success of each recommendation. What changes would you expect in the organization? Include specific indicators of success.
Identify the gap, improving the issues, and how to fill it up, look for gaps, and come up with recommendation, solution and how to fill the gaps.
